There's a new author from Charleston, WV - J. C. Allen. He just published his first book, M. O. D. as an e-book, available at the Kindle store as well as Barnes and Noble for 99 cents. He's also got a website listing works in progress. Check it out at jcallenbooks.weebly.com.
For a first book, it's very readable and I hope he publishes more soon.
